Smart Mouth

So, at my sister J’s request (You made the blog again J – YAY YOU!) Here are the pictures of our cookies. I contemplated posting all the recipes, but I have a headache from the smell of my hair (got it colored today) and all I can think about is going to lay down, so I will just post the pictures now. If anyone thinks they might want a recipe please comment, and then I can post those recipes requested. They were all super easy to make, it just took that long because I made cookies for all the engineers and supervisors that work for BB (11), neighbors (3) and for my new friend (1).

 Peanut Butter Chocolate Kiss

 Pineapple Coconut Snowball

 Caramel Chocolate Wafer w/Walnuts

 Chow Mein Noodle Choc/Butterscotch Peanut

 Almond Melt in your Mouth w/Powdered Sugar

 Jumbo Marshmellow Dipped in Choc/Marsh. Creme and Pecans

Here are the cookies in their cookie boxes for BB’s work people.

Then I wrapped ribbon around the cookie boxes and attached a handmade tag and two little glass ornaments that looked like Christmas lights. Which took me, like, another five hours because the @#%$!! ribbon kept sliding off of the box or my knot wouldn’t be tight enough, etc…

So, SEE? I am almost the BEST wife ever.

But, then guess what? BB FORGOT to take them to work with him this morning, so then I even had to DELIVER them. Deliver them people.

And THEN. I had to call him two. hours. later. to ask how it went, if he gave them out, if the people ate them and he asked two people, while I was on the phone people, if they liked the cookies. What were they going to say? Well, actually BB, they sucked rotten smurfs, but it’s the thought that counts so tell your wife thank you.

HMMMMMM?

So, tomorrow is the office Christmas party, with my cute/I’m still not terribly convinced isn’t hoochie outfit. I’ll let you know how it goes.
